Commonwealth Games at National Memorail Arboretum

How much? Free to enter.  £4 for parking.

​

The Arboretum is celebrating sport, service and the friendship between the nations and territories of the Commonwealth with activities and games for all ages. During your visit, why not explore the brand-new Sports in Service exhibition, take part in the Arboretum Games or try the new Commonwealth ARboretum augmented reality experience. You can also take on one of two Commonwealth Outdoor Escape Challenges or follow the Queen’s Baton Relay sticker trail around the Arboretum.

Minibeast Adventure at Kingsbury Water Park

Go on a hunt into the woods and meadows to find the tiny creatures that live there!  Come on a minibeast hunting adventure using sweep nets, magnifiers and shaker sheets. The rangers will help you identify all manner of beautiful jumping, flying and crawling minibeasts found in the long grass, trees and bushes!  For more information follow the link.

Unicorn Poop Trail at Middleton Hall and Gardens

Family Craft at the Coffin Works

Free drop in craft activities every Friday over the summer holidays. Come and try your hand at some of the crafts inspired by the Coffin Works Factory. FREE No Outsiders Festival: Fairy Dust Party! at Mac

No Outsiders Family Festival invites all 3 -10 year olds and their grown-ups to the Fairy Dust Party. The funky fairies will lead the children on an interactive playful adventure. They will fluidly transform into different characters whilst using a variety of artforms, song, dance, and spoken word to tell a story grounded in nature, well-being and authenticity before erupting into a disco party.  For more information follow the link.
