Christmas 2020

Christmas 2020 is going to look very different.   Here is our guide to events that will be taking place across the West Midlands:


Enchanted Christmas Experience at Hatton Adventure World

Dark Lane, Hatton, Warwick CV35 8XA

There's a new Father Christmas Magical Show at Hatton for 2020. Kids will receive a special token to visit his elves in his Secret Toyshop to choose their present. There's also gingerbread decorating with the elves, a reindeer quest and reindeer food making workshops plus festive fair rides too.  For a full review of our visit in 2019 follow the link.

Drayton's Magical Christmas

Drayton Manor Dr, Fazeley, Mile Oak, Tamworth B78 3TW

A brand new 'Tales with Father Christmas' experience. This fun family adventure is hosted by the cheeky elves and takes you and your group through the Castle of Dreams whilst being entertained with a festive tale, before being invited into Father Christmas' study for a photo opportunity.  For a full review of our visit in 2019 follow the link.

An Enchanted Christmas at Black Country Living Museum

Tipton Rd, Dudley DY1 4SQ

Discover the work of Santa's elves at the Christmas gift mine.  Meet Holly and Ivy, the nature sprites of Christmas Tree Gardens, and help them to bring magic to their festive greenery.  Explore the sweet delights of Sugarplum City and meet the Sugarplum fairies - but watch out for Scrooge, and don't let him steal your humbugs!  Witness the Nutcracker and the Rat King fight their festive battle down at the docks!   The museum will stay open until 8pm for guests to make the most of the fairy lights and you can enjoy a Nutcracker theme there too. Illuminated Arboretum

Croxall Road, Alrewas, Staffordshire, DE13 7AR

With something to captivate visitors of all ages, this stunning display will take place on a new route for 2020. Follow the illuminated trail through the gardens and woodlands and enjoy the majesty of the Arboretum at night.  Illuminated Arboretum will take place everyday from Wednesday 9 December to Saturday 19 December 2020.  Follow the link to book tickets.

A Candy Cane Christmas at Magic Alley

1st Floor, Bell Ct, Stratford-upon-Avon CV37 6EX

The Christmas experience takes place in an Enchanted Manor which is a series of 10 rooms ending in an Enchanted Forest which becomes covered in snow. You will travel through the rooms solving some puzzles and meeting the magical folk in the Enchanted Manor. Visitors then meet Father Christmas and receive a present and candy cane then continue with the quest till you end up in the forest where you can play in the snow and throw snowballs!  Tickets available throughout Christmas.  Follow the link for more information. 


Winter Wonderland at Conkers

Rawdon Road, Moira, Nr Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Derbyshire DE12 6GA.

Wrap up warm and get ready for a silly Elf adventure as you arrive at Waterside Winter Wonderland, where Santa's Chief Elf and his team will lead you through the Enchanted Forest and the Valley of Christmas Lights to discover Santa's Woodland Grotto. This is your chance to tell Santa that you have been good, and fingers crossed, he may share some pre-Christmas presents!  Selected dates throughout December.  To book tickets follow the link.


Christmas Trail at Parkridge

Brueton Park, Warwick Rd, Solihull B91 3HW

Follow the trail around the nature reserve to complete the Christmas themed activity.  There's a prize at the end.  9AM - 3PM every day (Last entry for the trail will be 2:30PM, since it will take approximately 30 minutes to complete).  For more information follow the link.


Meet Father Christmas at Aston Hall

Come along to meet Father Christmas in front of a roaring fire.  Each child will receive a small Christmas gift, and each family will have the opportunity to have their photograph taken with Father Christmas.  Write a letter to Father Christmas and post it in our Aston Hall post box and each child will receive a Christmas activity pack with a Christmas card to decorate at home.  Tickets on sale soon for more information follow the link.
