Disney's Beauty and the Beast at Birmingham Hippodrome

We have been so excited to see Disney's Beauty and the Beast at Birmingham Hippordome.  I have such happy memories of watching it as a child and I was so excited to share this with my boys at the theatre. 

 

Disney's Beauty and the Beast on the stage definitely didn't disappoint.  With an amazing ever changing set it created a fantastic atmosphere.  Highlights included the Beast's imposing castle, the terrifying woods with wolves and Belle's village.  There were some  beautiful and inventive costumes notably Cogsworth, Mrs Potts and Lumiere.  Finally the spectacular dancing and singing meant it was spell binding from start to finish.

 

If you want a bit of Disney magic to brighten up some challenging times Disney's Beauty and the Beast is a great place to go.  We'd definitely recommend as a lovely family treat.

It's worth noting the show time is 2hrs and 25mins with a 15min break.  It is recommended that the show is for children 6yrs+.
